Data collected
Through the free audit form, we collect: your full name, email address, website URL (optional), estimated budget (optional), and project description. This data is transmitted via WhatsApp Business at +212 676 071 832.
Purpose
Your data is used solely to respond to your audit request, propose a quote if you wish, and follow up on our conversation. We never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) expressed by submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) in responding to your business inquiry. In Morocco, processing complies with Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Retention period
Your data is kept as long as our business relationship is active, and at most 3 years after the last exchange if no conversion occurs. Contractual emails related to delivered projects are kept for 10 years for accounting reasons.
Your rights
Under GDPR and Law 09-08, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection regarding the processing of your data. To exercise these, email hello@rouguitech.com. You can also file a complaint with the CNDP (Morocco) or the CNIL (France).
