Fes: the craft is there, the storefront isn't
A zellige workshop in the medina can carry three centuries of history and zero usable online presence. The result: the margin goes to a European middleman who does have a clean English-language site and sells the same piece at three times the price. That isn't a talent problem, it's an infrastructure problem. An online store that accepts international payments, calculates shipping to the United States and shows decent photography changes a workshop's economics. That's the kind of project where we're useful.
