1. Audit and strategy (week 1). Review of what exists, competitors and keywords. You get a written action plan before we write a single line of code — you know what you are buying.

2. Design and copy (weeks 2–3). Conversion-oriented mockups and the actual copy. Content is written before integration, never after: that is what prevents pages full of placeholder text at handover.

3. Development (weeks 3–8). Clean, tested code with technical SEO built in from the start rather than bolted on. Automated deployment via GitHub Actions, Sentry monitoring, backups and SSL included.

4. Launch and growth (ongoing). Go-live, analytics setup, then continuous optimisation.
