Your customers' language isn't your site's language
An Agadir hotel receives charter flights from Düsseldorf, Manchester and Amsterdam. Its site is in French, perhaps machine-translated into English. The result: on "Agadir hotel beachfront" or "Agadir excursion Paradise Valley" it doesn't exist, and the booking goes to an aggregator. Machine translation doesn't fix this: Google almost never ranks it. You need pages genuinely written in each language, with their own URLs and correct hreflang. That's more work, and it's the only thing that works.
