Athenity

Marketing site for a SaaS debt-collection platform

Athenity is a next-generation SaaS platform for debt collection and unpaid-invoice management: automated reminders, payment tracking, and an integrated legal module connecting lawyers and bailiffs. We built the marketing website to present the product, qualify leads, and support B2B acquisition.

The context

Athenity is a B2B debt-collection SaaS that automates reminders, payment tracking, and plugs in a legal module for disputes that escalate (lawyers, bailiffs). Customers are CFOs, credit managers, and SMB executives losing time and cash on unpaid invoices. The marketing site had two missions: present the solution without SaaS jargon, and qualify prospects so only serious leads got passed to the product demo (app.athenity.fr).

The challenge

The pitfall of French fintech SaaS: copy-pasting the vocabulary of US leaders (Gainsight, Salesforce) and losing the local market tone. French credit managers have their own vocabulary ("relance amiable", "phase précontentieuse", "huissier de justice") that we had to honour without slipping into strict formality. Second constraint, a marketing architecture that primes the user for the demo without frustrating them: segmentation by sector, visible pricing, clear qualification path.

Our approach

Next.js + React + Tailwind for performance and visitor experience: a fintech marketing site that has to load fast and not betray the modern image of the app. Conversion-oriented architecture: long product page with anchors, sector pages (SMB, mid-market, professional services), an honest pricing page (no "contact us for pricing" without a grid), a dedicated demo page. SEO on commercial queries ("debt collection software", "unpaid invoice SaaS") where historical competitors are unoptimised on-premise solutions.

The outcome

The marketing site is live, cleanly separates the marketing flow from the application flow (app.athenity.fr), and feeds the sales team qualified demo requests (sector, team size, receivables volume). The pricing page owns its transparency, which filters poorly-calibrated prospects before the call.
