CASE STUDY

The context

The Atura Foundation supports young people facing social and economic challenges: family precarity, school dropout, social rupture. Its model rests on three distinct flows that all need a place on the site: beneficiaries (young people supported) looking for help, donors (individuals, corporate sponsors) funding the work, and volunteers giving their time. Each has a different user journey and a different motivation.

The challenge

The classic NGO-site trap: stacking generic storytelling that speaks to everyone and to no one. We needed distinct journeys per audience while keeping a unified visual identity. On the donor side, no guilt-tripping, no orphaned statistic ("12,000 young people in France"), but concrete proof of what a donation does. On the beneficiary side, an accessible tone with no NGO jargon. On the technical side, performance and accessibility (WCAG AA) were priorities: a foundation must be readable by everyone.

Our approach

WordPress + Elementor so the foundation team can update content on their own. Architecture in three parallel axes: "Our mission" (foundation storytelling), "How to help" (donation, sponsorship, volunteering), and "Resources" (for beneficiaries and partners). Embedded donation forms, impact stats grounded in reality (not invented), SEO on mission queries ("help young people precarity") and schema.org NGO + DonateAction for the trust signal.

The outcome

The site is live, WCAG AA accessible, and serves the three audiences with their respective journeys. The team publishes regularly (activity reports, testimonials, donation calls) without depending on technical support. Donation and volunteer forms capture inbound flows directly into the internal tools.
