TQ-Tours runs exclusive private tours in Northern Morocco (Tangier, Tétouan, Asilah, Chefchaouen), guided by Mohamed Elmakrini, a multilingual local guide with over 13 years of experience. The clientele is international (US, UK, Germany, France), often couples or small groups arriving in Tangier on cruise or short stops, looking for a day off the beaten path. The site is their only contact before booking.

The challenge

A private-tour site in Morocco competing with TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide, and Viator on Google. The client can't win on volume or platform algorithms. They win on voice: an identified guide (Mohamed, not an anonymous brand), the feel of a tailor-made tour, proof through testimonials. On the SEO side, escaping ultra-competitive queries and targeting precise long-tail searches: "private tour Chefchaouen from Tangier", "Tangier day tour cruise port".

Our approach
