What is included
Hosting
Your site runs on our server, which we administer. One contact if the site stops responding.
Updates
WordPress, the theme and the plugins are kept up to date, instead of piling up until the update that breaks everything.
Backups
The site files and its database are backed up, so you can roll back after a mistake.
What is not included
The plan covers the upkeep of an existing site. Anything else is priced separately, before any work starts.
- A redesign or a new look: quoted.
- New pages or features: at the hourly rate of 250 MAD excl. tax, or quoted.
- Paid plugin and theme licences: paid by you, in your name.
- Content writing.
- Cleaning up an already hacked site: quoted, before the takeover.
- A WooCommerce store: orders and payments need more follow-up, so it is quoted.

Then the subscription starts, billed at the start of the month.

My site is with another host, is that possible?
Yes, that is the most common case: we take the site over from your current host. Give its name in the form.
Is my WooCommerce store covered?
The 500 MAD per month plan is for showcase sites. A store needs more follow-up, orders and payments included, so it is quoted.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. There is no minimum term. Cancellation takes effect after 30 days’ notice, as set out in our terms of service.
Are prices excluding tax?
Yes, all our prices are excluding tax.
